We reply within one working day to arrange a short call. After the call you get a written proposal and a fixed price, with no commitment.
Every project has one fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Pay it in two stages, or as one monthly fee over a minimum term. Your proposal shows both.
You’ll have a working prototype in about 7 days. A website typically goes live in about 2 weeks, and an app in about 8 weeks.
No. We handle design, build, hosting and the App Store. You tell us how your business works.
It is set out in writing in your proposal, before any work starts. Your domain and App Store account are set up in your name from day one.
You are never stuck. Your domain and accounts are in your name, and everything we build is documented, so another developer could pick it up.
You may not need to. If what you have works, we will say so. We usually help when a tool has stopped fitting the business: you pay commission on every booking, juggle several apps, or customers still phone for things they could do online.
The first call is free, and so is the advice in it. The Prototype Sprint is paid because it is real work, but if you go ahead, the fee comes off the build.
